(5/5) My husband and I traveled here to celebrate a big milestone and we cannot truly express how unforgettable our experience was at this hotel. We used their shuttle from the airport and were immediately greeted with welcome margaritas. Our room was immaculate and the plunge pool on our terrace is worth the stay alone! Check in was a breeze and the rest of our stay felt so easy and magical.Our personal concierge, Rey, helped us and checked in on us consistently throughout our stay. Every single staff member we interacted with was so kind, personable, and made us feel special. Housekeeping made our room feel fresh and new each morning.Every single meal we had was delicious—breakfast, poolside, room service, and at Don Manuel’s! Joel & Omar took care of us and even surprised us with the celebratory espresso martini! The food is always fresh and they put a lot of work into explaining the cultural background of the food, which we appreciated knowing that we were in a touristy area.We were told that mid-May is at the end of their busy season, and it felt like it in the best way. There are people around but the hotel still felt so private and not so busy as to be hectic. It’s a really peaceful spot and you are always well cared for! This was our first time in Cabo and we already want to come back to this hotel in the future!
