(5/5) Absolutely adore this spa, accentuated by the incredible staff! Yuri captured my attention with the promotional five minute massage on the pool deck, releasing some bound up knots in short order. I knew my partner and I needed more so I purchased a personalized massage for myself, and a massage and 30 minute facial for my gal.The sign in process is quick and efficient. The transition room where we deposit our clothes and shoes into lockers and don slippers and a luxurious robe was elegant, clean, and complete with a private shower. Stepping out of the room, Blanka guided me to the massage table and provided my exquisite massage. With firm, knowledgeable hands she identified my trouble areas and spent extra time there. She’s a strong and beautiful woman with skills garnered over her 30 years as a masseuse. My only regret is I settled on the 50 minute instead of a complete 80–next time I won’t mess around and will enjoy an amazing, complete massage.None of this would be possible without the gracious, and extremely patient reception staff. Gabbi extended her grace numerous times as I postponed our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. I never once felt like I was a problem, and always felt appreciated, and like a prince 🤴 For all those with any aches, I recommend this spa with heartfelt vigor!!

(5/5) Omg, I am soooo relaxed right now. I wish we had discovered this on the first day of our vacation instead of the last. We got a 20% off coupon by hearing out the concierge timeshare spiel and I’m so glad that led us to the spa. We booked a a 80 min couples massage. My husband was with Marysol for a Swedish massage, and I had Blanca for deep tissue. We were both amazed. It was exactly what we wanted. And we both remarked that it’s especially amazing because I get a lot of massages and I am very picky about pressure, draping, communication, etc and often leave Disappointed, but not this time. Blanca was perfect!! Strong and smooth with some stretching thrown in but not enough to take it into Thai or sports massage. We both loved the head/hair/beard scritches, warm towels, and aromatherapy. The decor ambiance of the spa is so relaxing, serene, clean, beautiful, and smells incredible. We felt so pampered. Blanca and Marysol were sweet and accommodating, even when we needed a mid-massage bathroom break. We were offered water and tea after and were pleasantly surprised to get to shower. A very welcome surprise since we had already checked out of our room. Our belongings were safely locked away in a locker during the massage and we didn’t feel rushed on our way out. All in all a fabulous experience and I wish we could do it again.

(4/5) Excellent spa treatments at a reasonable price. I would give it 5 stars but there was some construction noise during my facial. The staff was kind and professional.
