(5/5) I had Nefie do a 50min relaxation massage for me this morning. Probably the best massage I've ever had. She was so sweet and used good pressure the whole time. Please ask for Nefie if you want an amazing relaxing massage!! Thank you, Jessica

(1/5) First they do not require a certified therapist or esthetician perform the services, I had the same person do the facial who did the massage. The supervisor advised they do not require certifications, this is inconsistent with the laws of Mexico. The massage was in a cold room, when an additional blanket or sheet was requested I was told they do not have them. I was cold the entire 2 hours and 15 minutes that I was in the room. Deep tissue massage was not good, she spread a little lotion around and that was it. Nothing deep about it. Facial was not performed in a room with proper equipment, no steam, no facial light. No extractions or examination of the skin. Shower dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner were empty in 2 of 3 showers. No bathroom amenities, no combs, q-tips or razors. This spa is not cheap, prices are akin to NY or San Francisco. I am a routine spa attendee for 40 years. I will not go back and recommend others to stay away. I spoke directly to the supervisor and provided this feedback. She did not seem to care. To me, that says a lot! I do not normally write reviews but the supervisors attitude resulted in this.
