(1/5) Please avoid this place. It’s very dirty and unsanitary, with poor cleaning practices and no proper sanitization. The lack of hygiene makes it a health risk. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.Por favor, eviten este lugar. Es muy sucio y poco higiénico, sin prácticas adecuadas de limpieza ni desinfección. La falta de higiene lo convierte en un riesgo para la salud. No lo recomendaría a nadie

(1/5) 90 Minute massage from Ryana was average. She was polite, & professional but the language barrier created issues. I received a refreshing fruity water upon arrival with a robe and slippers. Therr was no direction on what to do and where to go. There was a definite language Spanish to English barrier as expected being in Mexico to a degree but this was to much for this type aervice. They should ask in the beginning if you have any painful areas or trouble areas which they did not. The hot tub was not clean. Brown ring around tub was disgusting. It is so important that a spa is clean in every area. That was very disappointing I was looking forward to sitting in there after my massage. The shower wasn't working which would have also deterred me from booking if I knew prior. A bright white light was left on during the entire massage. It would have been nice to have mood or dimmer lighting to help with relaxation. They didn't tell me I could not put a tip on the credit card so I had to go get pesos which was an inconvenience also. I was shown in a room that had the Roman slippers which I assumed and put on there was no direction there was a locker that would not lock so I ended up taking my purse in the massage. There are definitely many improvements that can be done at this location and there are many better places to receive a massage around Cabo Make sure you look at reviews when choosing. I just took a chance with this place based on what I heard in the fact I was staying at the hotel. I would not return there are too many other places to go.
