(5/5) I've been living in Mazatlan part-time since December 2024. I've gone to see Alicia three times to do my base color, caramel highlights, cut and style. She is wonderful and a great listener. I love the way she blows out and styles my hair, too, so one time I made an appointment just for a blow out for a night out. She speaks good English, too. (By the way, I have fine hair with natural wave.)

(1/5) Today was my 3rd appointment at this salon for acrylic nails. Unfortunately we were not advised that our regular nail tech would not be available as she was doing makeup. I did ask if the young girl was in training and was told she is her assistant. This was one of the worst nail appointments I have had. They are so thick, the old product was not taken off completely and the new product is not all the way to my cuticles and the French lines are crooked. They also charged me 50 pesos more than my previous other 2 appointments. So even though they are close to where we live, I will not be going back to this spa.
