Spa Palancar – (Cozumel)

(1/5) Fui en febrero 2024 para depilarme las cejas y el bozo. La chica que me atendió muy amable pero sentí que no sabía lo que hacía. Depilaba lento y muy improvisadamente. Me dejó un montón de pelos, no fue prolija y lo peor de todo es que me cobraron 30 DÓLARES por ese servicio. Quisimos pagar con dólares y nos cobraron el dólar a 18 siendo que en toda la isla lo cobran a 16. Una estafa. No lo recomiendo para depilacion. Desconozco cómo funcionarán el resto de los servicios.

(5/5) Estuve allí a principios de junio, pude tomar sólo un masaje pero fue realmente excelente. Espero repetir en breve, pues tengo previsto regresar a la isla (lo que no recuerdo es el nombre de la masajista... tendré que ir probando hasta encontrarla 🙂 )

(5/5) I randomly decide to take a massage. Now I’ve been several times back. And I always do it with the same masseuse. She has a tattoo of a moon on her arm and she is a goddess. She has beautiful energy and she definitely knows what she’s doing. I will be back and back 😍😍

(1/5) It was my second time visiting this spa. First time the experience was so great I returned. Negotiated and agreed to a price to then find out I was charged more on my card-plus I gave a tip. Will never return to such an establishment that is bad businessTo add more context, I was suppose to be charged 140$ for two people.. my credit card was charged 181..not including my $20 dollar cash tip. The owners response is still wrong as I have traveled frequently to Mexico and know the conversion rate well. The person who cashed me out did the conversion before I swiped my card. My credit card does not have have foreign transations fees. Instead you shouldve tried to rectify the situation and you would not have had this review.

(4/5) Will go back. Sports massage was great. Very professional. Did couples massage with wife. Couldn't decide between a 4 and 5 star because the facility could use some work. For instance, I would rather have doors instead of curtains at the doorway. But that is minor stuff compared to the excellent massage.

(5/5) I was in Cozumel for the full ironman. I Wanted to get a massage before the race. This place was perfect. Exactly what I needed. Honestly had the perfect touch. I also got my braids done by Nancy. They came out amazing. Great place. Really nice people.
