(5/5) Una tarde empezó a llover fuerte en Playa del carmen y se nos ocurrió ir a por un masaje. Creíamos que por estar en la quinta avenida sería caro y regular para turistas. Estábamos BIEN EQUIVICADOS! Trato inmejorable, súper barato (probablemente el más barato que he encontrado en muchos años) y DELICADEZA máxima en el masaje. Nos atendieron Celia y Lizbeth y si pudiera me las llevaba conmigo!! Qué maravilla de masaje! De pies a cabeza literalmente. Una hora de desconexión absoluta!!! Estupendo trabajo!!!

(1/5) I can't say this was a very enjoyable experience. My mum and I both booked in for reflexology. The service we received was more of a foot and leg massage. It didn't seem asthough the staff were trained. Reflexology as a treatment is presice and there are particular points you work on to stimulate healing. The treatment we received did not work on points and had an uneven sequence to it and not much flow. I didn't feel asthough the therapist was trained in this service and my mum felt the same. When we went to pay it was more expensive than the pictures that are displayed on this account. Please call and ask for confirmation on prices as they are not accurately advertised on here. Little touches were also missing. We were super cold from the aircon and also no toilet paper was in the bathroom. When we expressed our concerns the attitude was never to accomodate or to problem solve. No loo roll? Oh yes, there isn't. Too cold? Oh it's because you're relaxed. Wrong prices? Oh, we can't control what's on our Google my business. Eek. I should have read the reviews. I won't be returning here and i told them this. The owner or boss also has an unplesant attitude. We went to Mia Spa the day before and it was a much more enjoyable, professional and accomodating experience.

(5/5) Went to Sabai on our second to last day of our family vacation. I got the Swedish massage in the back room (lovely and calming as there is a glass room with a view of the back patio [where you can also book a massage outdoors]) my cousin, his wife and their 17 year old daughter received massages inside (couples massage and then teenager in a separate area). They even were able to fit in my OTHER cousin for a pedicure last minute. We all thoroughly enjoyed our Swedish massages and liked that we were able to get everything done at the same time. The pedicure my cousin got was OK - though it did seem like the person doing the pedicure wasn’t their typical technician so, take that as you will. Polish was thin and they cut her big toe nails too short. But overall this is a very relaxing place. Definitely go here if you’re looking for an EXCELLENT price on a 10/10 massage 🙂
