From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming reception from Veronica and Jesus set the tone for a relaxing day. They efficiently scheduled our couple massage and hot tub session, making sure every detail was perfect.The couple massage was nothing short of heavenly. The therapists were skilled and attentive, easing away all the tension and stress for both of us. Before the massage, the hot tub was the perfect place to unwind together, with soothing jets and a serene atmosphere.To top off the experience, we were served delightful tea that perfectly complemented the relaxation. As if this wasn't enough, Veronica also scheduled a yoga session for us theday before. The yoga class was fantastic, offering a gentle yet invigorating practice that left us both feeling rejuvenated.Overall, the combination of exceptional service, therapeutic treatments, and the tranquil environment made for an unforgettable day. (5/5) We had an amazing experience doing a couples massage at this spa. Jesus at the reception was so calm and relaxed when he greeted us and explained the options that I knew the spa must be doing its job of relaxing people. My masseuse was another man named Jesus M and he did a real good job of the full body massage. I would have preferred a female masseuse but she was on leave that day. Jesus did a good enough job that I was very happy. My wife also liked her female masseuse. The spa also gave us a nice chlorophyll welcome drink and strawberry herbal tea. The jacuzzi is really amazing (looks like a cenote and has salts). We got a free 10 minutes massage for being residents at the Mahekal resort and that was so good that I left a generous tip. I highly recommend this spa. Left feeling great!
