(5/5) I have spent a lot of time at the property this year and my review for the spa is overdue and well deserved. Milica and her team are always in top form and consistently excellent! I live in Merida and come to Cancun frequently, usually staying at Kempinski and always enjoy the spa. Facilities are always impeccable and everything functioning perfectly, always. Massage therapists and estheticians are very well trained, highly professional, and have genuinely warm and caring demeanors. Cannot wait to return again and again, for more years to come.
