Heavenly Spa by Westin – (Cancún)

(5/5) My friend and I came here and we both get massages regularly back home or when we travel. We chose the ocean front Swedish massage. Amazing experience. Yuri was my masseuse and she was perfect. Perfect touch and my friend and I will likely do another one while here. This was also an affordable luxury.

(1/5) Yolanda, who was my masseuse, gave me the worst massage I’ve ever had and that’s not an exaggeration. She was on the phone for some of the time - I could feel the buzzing on the table - while she distractedly scratched my foot with one hand and typed with the other.. I don’t understand that at all. She also said she will be gentle and apply low pressure but I am in SO much pain just a few hours later and covered in bruises. She smacked me around like a rag doll and dug her elbows against the grain of my muscles all over my back. This was by far the worst part of my trip so far. I would highly recommend to skip this “heavenly” treatment and just go for a swim at the pool.

(1/5) Let me preface that my therapist was nice and seemed sweet . I’m going to refrain from using names because I feel bad but when you are paying 240 for a 50 min and 30 min it should be atleast 3 out of 5 . The Massage started late ended early . My therapist must have been sick or has allergy issues because she sneezed and coughed entire time . She even had to stop and wash haves and then put her cold wet hands on me . I couldn’t decipher between the neck shoulder portion and the full body. I asked for a larger robe and I guess they don’t accommodate larger women . I would have thought she’d do over to the men’s side and grab me the largest robe . I’m shocked cause hotel is nice. I’m still cringing the wet freshly sneezed on hands On my body

(5/5) Amazing service! If you go, ask for Lucy/Lucely perfect pressure control she can go hard or soft depending on your request! Also she is very friendly just makes the experience extra enjoyable.

(1/5) Went in for my last day at the resort. The massage therapist fell asleep multiple times working. Which I completely understand if you’re overworked. Then when I asked about that with her and at the front desk they charged me a full amount of $125 for actually nothing.

(5/5) Had the 80 minute guaje massage by therapist Cleo. Hands down best massage I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. Nice facility.
