(5/5) My husband & I had facials with Amalia & Belin and they were amazing!! We also received massages from Maria & Veronica a couple of days ago which were so great too. Margarita at the front desk is very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so kind/caring and did any amazing job with hair and make up for both my partner and I, and our wedding party. Our wedding package included a complimentary massage and 1hr use of the spa. The facilities were amazing/relaxing and the massages were much needed.Thank you Margarita for making everything so easy and making our special day less hectic!

(5/5) I experienced a luxurious facial massage from Amela at the spa. It was exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations. The facilities were also very relaxing, including a steam, sauna, and jacuzzi. Would recommend while visiting Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta.

(5/5) Incredible experience! Amelia gave me an amazing massage, and was so sweet and attentive to my needs. They also allow you to use the spa amenities for an hour afterwards. We used the hot tub, and wow - they put cucumbers on our eyes and gave us amazing head massages. That was the cherry on top we didn't expect. Yosuar was super serving and helpful. Fantastic spa experience overall.
