(5/5) Personnel at Genesis Plus is amazing! Although I’ve been there before, somehow I got lost. As soon as I called to indicate that I was late, I received an immediate text with directions! They made what could have been a very stressful episode, become pacific. Thank you for the calming !

(1/5) The people there did not tell me anything, there was another waiting section but they made me stand and wait for over an hour. Other people came in and they attended them before they attended me. Facial was terrible, used very cheap products, was not worth it at all you could just give yourself a better facial at home.
