(5/5) WOW!!! we tried 3 spots in the area and Alem was, by far, the best. Celeste & Ray are so very skilled - professional and kind. to find the spa take the elevator that is to your left when looking at the overhead Alem sign and go to the 2nd floor. also, they take credit cards but paying cash (pesos) will save you extra fees. we have already booked our return appts. update - for our return we saw Kayla & Ruth and our massages, although different, were exceptional. Kayla actually removed my back pain for a couple days and that NEVER happens.

(1/5) We’ve been to this place a few times before and it was always an okay experience, never stellar but not as awful as it was today. Please, don’t waste your time here. They took 3 hours doing my nails and at the end they looked awful, I was cut a few times and scraped. They took two hours doing my daughter’s nails, regular nail polish too. The spa treatments we got were not that great either, before they took their time and did a great job and included reflexology. Today it was mid and not detailed as in past visits. It’s important to note that this is not a cheap spa, so for the amount of money we paid, we were expecting better service. Do not go here! They charge high end prizes with low quality services and products. Overcharging tourists. Disappointed and annoyed they took so much of our time. Stressful really. I will not be returning here.

His technique was gentle yet deeply effective, and I left feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed.My husband had a Swedish massage with Celeste. She has the perfect touch – firm where needed, soothing where it counts, and always in tune with what the body needs. She created such a calming atmosphere and was incredibly skilled in helping him release long-held tension. He walked out feeling like a brand-new person.The space was clean, and welcoming – the perfect setting for such a restorative experience.If you’re even thinking about booking a massage, don’t hesitate to reach out to Alan and Celeste. (5/5) I had a couples massage today. Celeste and Carolina were both amazing! Even though my trip here is short, I would definitely consider going back for another massage.
